Ok I have used the weaksauce .apk for my temp root, then I have set up ADB and did my thing with firewater.........Now my questions are...

Is there a method or way for a perm root other then using weaksauce all the time?

And second I have been reading since last night a lot on how to flash a custom recovery and then to flash a rom...........yet I feel really lost as I do not seem to be doing the method right to flash the custom recovery?

Any and all help would be gratefully appreciated thank you in advance.

Flashing recovery is done with fastboot
http://techerrata.com/file/twrp2/m7v....0.1-m7wlv.img

fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.1-m7wlv.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader

After the phone reboots enter TWRP and on exit choose yes to Root
swipe to exit

when the phone boots up go to the app drawer and click SuperSU
it will ask to update .. choose TWRP / reboot / your should be rooted
