Default Google Dialer on the S5?

I read an article today from someone comparing the S5 and the NOTE 3 - it was a fairly written article that came up with the same conclusions I would have - both are awesome phones -but the s5 slightly edges out the Note 3 as the better phone.

HOWEVER< in the article the author made a commment about the S5 coming with the GOOGLE DIALER - the one on AOSP roms that you can use to typle local business names and get phone numbers.

BUT, I know that my phone doesn't do this - wish it did - so what was he talking about ? Is there a feture like this that I am not aware of in the dialer on the S5? You can see the original article here:
