Default update 4.3 to 4.4

Hello,

I'm now on 4.3 ML rom and I want to update to jackaway rom 4.4. My baseband is MJ2.

So can somebody post a step by step how I can do this.

Thanks in advance

Flash the latest 4.4.2 stock rom with Odin for the latest bootloader.

1. Flash a custom recovery with Odin
2. Flash the latest superSU.zip in recovery (or wipe and flash the rom if you allready have a backup of your apps)
3. Backup your users apps and data with Helium or Titanium Backup
4. Wipe and install the rom and enjoy.

This process wil trip KNOX warranty void.

Do the instructions in this post, sound correct?
I'm on MJ1 4.3 Bootloader Running SlimKat AOSP - I Don't want to update the Bootloader at the moment - But I would like to update the Modem... I've looked for some Rogers TWRP flashable zips for the current Modem - but haven't found any (the Note 2 had a few available)
