Default [Q] rooting

i want to root my phone, but i don't want to have to redo everything afterwards. is there any way of doing this? don't want a custom rom or anything just stock with root.

You can follow this method
[HOW TO] Root the Galaxy Note 3

On the last page users are confirming they've used it on NC5 (the latest firmware).
This just shows how to root so it doesn't wipe anything.

You can download MyBackup from play store and backup all your stuff as well, just an a just incase. Never hurts to create a backup.
