Hi. I need to return my phone to HTC for repair. Is it even possible to get back to complete factory stock (truly locked bootloader, S-ON, with no tampered/relocked flags)?

I tried relocking with revone, but kept getting "revone failed (error code -1). Posts on another XDA thread said revone didn't work with Android 4.4, nor bootloader 1.55. Is there a thread out there for this? With S-off, I read I could downgrade to bootloader 1.44, then downgrade to Jellybean, then RUU? Not sure this will work, but I'm stuck. Any ideas?

(bootloader) version: 0.5
(bootloader) version-bootloader: 1.55.0000
(bootloader) version-baseband: 1.00.20.1108
(bootloader) version-cpld: None
(bootloader) version-microp: None
(bootloader) version-main:
(bootloader) version-misc: PVT SHIP S-ON
(bootloader) serialno: XX
(bootloader) imei: XX
(bootloader) meid: XX
(bootloader) product: m7_wls
(bootloader) platform: HBOOT-8064
(bootloader) modelid: PN0720000
(bootloader) cidnum: SPCS_001
(bootloader) battery-status: good
(bootloader) battery-voltage: 4141mV
(bootloader) partition-layout: Generic
(bootloader) security: off
(bootloader) build-mode: SHIP
(bootloader) boot-mode: FASTBOOT

UPDATE: If it's not possible, I'll bite the bullet. Either way, if anybody could tell me Yes or No, I'd appreciate it. Spent the majority of the last 2 days trying to figure this out... Any info is appreciated.
