S view cover still not working

Guyx after new update with build no. XXUENc2 still s view cover issue is unsolved.. and one more thing ...I downloaded the file with baseband version xxuend3 but when I installed it on my n9005 via odin it displays as xxuenc2 in settings...any solution

if you see the baseband, yes, it is still NC2, because the modem is still using NC2 (that's the latest modem).
you have to see the build number, it will show you ND3.

Mine in 4.3 if I restart phone with cover attached it's not working untill either shutdown and de attache then attache or shutdown for a minute or so with the cover attached
I have third-party scover with the chip and magnet in cover what you have
