Post SGH-i717 soft brick?

Hi all! I have a strange one here with my SHG-I717
Was running CM 10.1.3 with no problems with CWM 6.0.4.3
Started to experience random reboots.

Will all of the work I've done today (15+ hours!!!) I have not had a single boot succeed and stay stable. When it would boot, it would last about to the setup screen then reboot, say upgrading applications (number varied on rom) then reboot again, crash and do the upgrading android again and crash. This has become a cascading failure that now the system barely hits the AT&T logo (or CM spinny) before it just boot loops.

I've on purpose since tried breaking an odin flash to get the kies recovery, but with a broken stock (firmware error screen) rom with stock recovery is not seen in the older kies or the newer one.

I'm at a loss!

I've performed an odin stock rom recovery and custom rom. cwm/twrp installs of both as well. All of these roms/radios/recoveries worked in the past.

Tried to flash with
I717RUXLF4_I717RRWCLF4_I717RUXLF4_HOME.tar.md5
KIES_HOME_I717UCMD3_I717ATTMD3_1117019_REV02_user_ low_ship.tar.md5
pda-odin-att-stock.tar
pda-odin-att-stock-radio.tar

via cwm and twrp
openrecovery-twrp-2.7.0.0-quincyatt.img.tar
cwm-touch-i717-120414.tar.md5
cwm-i717-120305.tar.md5
CWM-6.0.4.7-recovery-sgh-i717.zip

I have tried
CM 9.0.0
CM 10.1.1
CM 10.1.2
CM 10.1.3
BeanStalk-4.4.255-20140307-quincyatt.zip
CandyKat-v1.3.1-20140405-quincyatt.zip
I717UCMD3_I717ATTMD3_ATT.zip
I717UCMD3-Modem.zip

I even got into pushing the img files directly into the mmcblk0pXX for recovery, system, boot, cache and both modem files

/dev/block/mmcblk0pXX, where XX is:
1 = Partition Table
2 = SBL1 (Signed, Secure Bootloader)
8 = boot.img (zImage + concatenated initramfs)
13 = amss.img (VFAT filesystem)
17 = mdm.img (VFAT filesystem)
22 = recovery.img (zImage + concatenated initramfs)
24 = system.img (ext4 filesystem)
25 = data.img (ext4 filesystem)
26 = cache.img (ext4 filesystem)
28 = /mnt/sdcard (vfat filesystem)

>adb push manual-kies-v2/system.img.ext4 /storage/sdcard1/
3012 KB/s (714414504 bytes in 231.567s)

>adb shell dd if=/storage/sdcard1/system.img.ext4 of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p24
1395340+1 records in
1395340+1 records out
714414504 bytes (681.3MB) copied, 209.442840 seconds, 3.3MB/s

>adb push manual-kies-v2/recovery.img /storage/sdcard1/recovery.img
2834 KB/s (7084288 bytes in 2.441s)

>adb shell /storage/sdcard1/recovery.img /dev/block/mmcblk0p22
/sbin/sh: /storage/sdcard1/recovery.img: Permission denied

Here is from a CWM Odin install, then a factory reset and a stock rom via odin. per http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1863995 from this http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1740367

DONATE TO ME
Try putting the phone into download mode. Then in kies select firmware upgrade and initialization. Type model number in all caps, then serial number. Let it do it's thing.

SGH-I717 does not support initialization is the Kies error.

Default Ugh, now recovery is broke!

Anyone have a clean nandroid backup that I could try? I'm having a hard time booting into either twrp or cwm right now, but it's worth a shot if it gets there.
