Battery Low Hboot required

guys i have the 802w model (M7c_dug)
my hboot 2.27.0
its not verifying any zip file (RUUs)
can i downgrade it through fastboot ?
im s-on (couldn't s-off cuz of the signature verification s**t)

DN3 v5.2 full S5 UI
Rooted with TWRP installed

1- downgrade not possible without S-Off

2- hboot flashing not possible without S-Off

3- you can only flash signed firmware/ruu (same or higher version) with S-ON.

i tried !
even the htc update gave me a signature verification error !!
i tried the rumrunner_HTC_0.5.0 s-off method
but didn't work !!
what can i do ?!!

i'm not really familiar with your model, but have you tried http://firewater-soff.com/

EDIT: you should also be using a ROM which is rooted and has an unsecured kernel for best chance, i believe
