Unhappy [Q] htc one m7 ul

hi all new to to the htc one and this forum
bought a second hand htc one and have some how deleted the os from it after trying to wipe the dalvik cache so i can only get into twrp cant get pc to recognise phone and cant get phone to work through cmd on pc im new to all this and dont know what im doing im learning fast so any help would be great and i hope that i havent broken this hand set for the money i have paid for it

Boot into recovery. Over there tap on mount and select sdcard and tap mount. Plug in your use cable into the phone. Your sdcard should get detected. Copy the rom of your choice and unmount. Proceed with the normal rom installation and that's it!

hi tried that thanks but my htc one does not have a sdcard it only has built in storage done what you said went in to recovery then mount but the only options i had was system, cache, data, and usb-otg and that didnt work
any other suggestions please

Oops sorry I did that for HTC one V. Do you have an OTG cable and a flash drive?

If yes, then try this guide

DONATE TO ME
Use adb sideload or adb push from recovery to transfer the rom on your emulated sdcard . I.e:

adb push name_of_rom.zip /sdcard/
