DONATE TO ME
Default WiFi won't switch on

JTried to switch it on but nothings happening.

I'd previously flashed the pimp my z1 kernel which was made for cm based ROMs, since then I've reflashed the advanced stock kernel again and everything was fine. But WiFi won't switch on, I've rebooted, reinstalled doom kernel. Flushed cache and dalvic. But still nothing. Any ideas anyone?

Mobile data, calls and texts work fine. Just not WiFi.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm trying to avoid a reinstall.

Edit: hotspot doesn't work either.

Update: solved, dirty flashed ROM. All is well again.

Happened to me too when I switched kernel from pimp to cmw stock CM11and vice versa. Even switching between TWRP from PA and cwm.

Like mentioned dirty flash is only fix. Might be the new CAF.

yup owns Z1 and stuff. Also if I've helped you don't forget to hit THANKS - actions speak louder that words.
