I just recently installed CM11 on my phone and forgot to install gapps.. (Noob mistake) is it possible to go back to stock without recovery mode? I have a back up of all my files on my computer that I did before I installed CM11. Thank you.

Yes you can but in order to get back to stock rom you need to have copy the backup of stock rom in /clockworkmode folder present in sdcard..

Install ROM manger.. then go in backup and restore.. select backup it will show you the backup of stock rom..

I have used ROM manager a long time ago so dont know the exact steps..
