Your device is not bricked.

Go into bootloader and factory reset or
hold the power button and vol down for about 30 seconds under a bright light.

If that doesn't work you have to unlock your bootloader from HTCdev.com.

Flash twrp 2.6.3.3 again.

Have newer ADB binaries installed on your computer.* If it's been a while since you installed ADB on your computer, you may need to get the latest ADB binaries in platform-tools from*the Android*SDK.* You will need version 1.0.29 or higher.* You can find your current version by typing*"adb version" at the command line.
Set the device into ADB*sideload mode. In TWRP*you do this by going to Advanced then ADB*Sideload.
Trim the command line, type adb sideload /path/to/rom.zip

Or you can use an OTG Cable

By the way, I'm on a Orange contract, but my phone has HTC__001 WWE edition, so if you can't find an Orange RUU, I imagine x.xx.401.xx will be ok, though you would have to change your CID.
