[Q] how to backup and restore IMEI no.

Default [Q] how to backup and restore IMEI no.

for my device galaxy gt-s5830i i reffered 2,3 sites for backup and restore imei but i found some had problems !!! so plz tell me full guide for backup and restore IMEI using galaxy toolbox !! i dont have to do any wrong step !! and if i lost IMEI can i get it back by installing stock rom again ?

There are tons of how to on this site for what you want to know. None are fool proof. You need root and a root explorer. Make a backup of the proper folder. Then if you mess up you can restore it.

i also want second question's answer then i will feel safety !!! "if i lost IMEI can i get it back by installing stock rom again ?"

OK first. This is not a supper site. All these questions can be answer by searching.

As for your question. Some times it works and some times it doesn't.

Some times only the OEM can fix a messed up IMEI. It all depends on the device.
