Minimized apps get killed

I'm using Xperia SP 4.1.2
whenever I minimize app it gets killed.
even ADM Pro,Lux auto brightness, network manager,UCweb.
I'm not using any task manager our any any app like that.
4.3 has no such issue but I don't wanna upgrade.

See whether you've accidentally checked "don't keep activities" in developer options..

Are you root? Any RAM tweaks applied?

No RAM tweaks applied and developer options are not enabled.

You'll need xposed framework to use it. If you have it installed then open xposed installer and search for "app settings" in the download section. You can't miss it
