Rear camera is the firmware version currently being used by the camera. Phone FW is the firmware loaded on the phone along with the rom or device firmware. So initially, what was on the phone was newer (this is normal btw). We used to be able to write the newer fw from Phone to Cam ourselves, but Damsung patched against that in 4.1.2.

In other words, whst it says for phone and rear cam do not need to match. Just make suure you have that ZD file in the cameradata folder.

The file that you say is in cameradata folder, i donīt lnow whats the matter, and why donīt work the camera, bluetooth, & wifi.
