camera failed problem on note 2

hello

i got this problem after instaling ditoo3 rom

i.imgur.c[o]m/9lagVES.jpg
i'm try to clear cache and reset factory

that didn't do any thing and still this problem appear

Wipe the device and flash again...
It sounds like a bad flash...

Remember to wipe the internal storage as well when changing frameworks. ..

And run a complete backup in recovery first. ..g

Not sure where you are at... If you're still on the ROM you flashed and got camera problems.

I personally have never had a camera problem but the bottom of this thread on Post #1 http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2704375
is a fix that some people have used to fix camera issues.
