Hello all,

I apologize in advanced if this is listed somewhere. My wife's VZW S4 is having issues staying connected to our home wifi. All other devices have no issues but this one.

Have you seen this and have any helpful tips for me?

Thanks

Have you tried clearing data on it?

I have not tried that yet. What is the best way to clear data on the S4 that is not rooted?
Thanks for the recommendation.

Thanks for the recommendation.

Go to settings, WiFi, then hold in home button, you should see WiFi in recents, long press on it, select app info, then clear data.

Edit: Alright sorry I'm on CM right now. Looks like it on only shows settings under apps . I thought you could clear data but I must have mistaken.

Try deleting your home connection from your list of wifi connections. Then reconnect .
