So 3 days ago i bought S5-(SM-G900F) and i noticed that the sound was very quiet compared to my old s4
.
So i putted both next to each other and i found that 50% volume on S4 is the same 100% on the S5.

Also the volume bar from 1-80% (approx) the sound is very low but when it goes further 81 it suddenly goes high but still not enough.

Anyone can help?

It might have something to do with the fact that the speaker has to be water resistant. The Xperia Z, Z1 and Z2 are equally handicapped when it comes to sounds from the speakers.

So that means it's not just my S5 it's everyone build? Does anyone else feel their S5 speakers are quiet?

Boost the sound if you are rooted.
Like I did with my phone on the day I purchased it.

Before you boost your speaker volume think about why Samsung didn't do that from the factory.....think about if you really know better than the company who manufactured the device.

Poweramp is the music player ive always used as it has awesome lock screen functionality.
Its EQ is good too, you can boost the main volume and also limit the clipping.

I expected a very good phone for this cost but my old cheap phone got better speakers (130$). i am dissapointed with Samsung.
