Default Why isn't there a custom kernel for P605

I don't understand why there are no custom kernels for P605. Is it because there are no developers or is it because there is something locked ( ?) or what? Can someone please explain how it works ? Thanks,

You need a kernel developer. The kernel source is available. The note 2014 is a very expensive niche devices so there will not be many developers.
