I can't figure out my correct APN settings

I'm running Omni's latest. Everything works fine except MMS. It tells me to download when I receive one and times out when I try to send one. Running on AT&T LTE network.

Fixed. Turns out Adblock Plus was blocking MMS communications. Once disabled MMS works fine.
