Default [Q] How does your screen feel to touch?

The glass on my nexus 7 feels "sticky" to touch even when properly cleaned with a microfiber cloth. I dont know whether its just my finger or if I have damaged my screen in any way. Does your screen feel smooth? Please dont tell me to buy a screen protector(Not an option at the moment)

Yea, could be oils on your finger. Perhaps the screen is not as clean as you think? Bound to be one or the other in my opinion.

Does it still have it's protective screen cover on it? these tend to give a "sticky" feeling.

Just apply a dry glossy screen protector. I use the official Asus brand and they fit great. Using the glossy now. It also comes with a matte in the package too. Both are cool. Glossy is good for normal stuff and has a smooth feel. Matte is good for gaming and reading and has a paper feel. It resists fingerprints and keeps the screen from getting sticky after prolonged gaming sessions. I prefer the matte but i forgot it was on my tablet when it was warranty swapped.
