Getting ads like this on my one m8 randomly when I turn on phone - ad supported app or adware or what do you think?

Cheers (ads are very annoying)

btw, I'm not rooted

It's an app that you installed causing/displaying the ads. Try to find a ad checker app, or any real anti virus app like avg or so

What porn sites have you been surfing

Seriously though, those pop-ups come up at the Homescreen right after booting up? Never had that happen before on any of my android devices Haven't seen that at all.

Could it be your launcher? Check to see what apps you have installed that boot up at start.

Report it to the Play Store. Per the Android developer agreement, you're specifically not allowed to do advertising like that.
