Run the CF-Auto-Root for the hlte - found in the original development section of the Samsung Note 3 forums(international) Link here.

You will have to use Odin to do the above though, however, the package you download for the CF-auto-root comes with Odin.

If you don't want to keep stock firmware, and you are just trying to install custom rom, then just odin the TWRP.tar file.
