If you use their prepaid card it's a dollar cash back up to $50 in a month

AMEX Serve. IMHO it's GW FTW. ISIS, VZW and AMEX are all separate. They don't communicate well and you still have to use a secure VZW SIM.

I think Google Wallet can do all of your payment needs.
