The problem there is that you haven't unlocked your bootloader. As the kernel is not stock you cannot write it to your phone with a locked bootloader. Open up your phone dialer and then type *#*#7378424#*#*, then tap Service Info and then Configuration. Look to Rooting Status, if bootloader unlock allowed says no then you cannot unlock the bootloader. If it says yes then follow this
method to unlock the bootloader. It will wipe all data on the phone so make backups before you do so.
Once the bootloader is unlocked you will be able to use flashtool to fastboot flash the kernel with CWM embedded.
If the unlock status says no then follow this
thread to root your phone with a locked bootloader.
