Ever since the kit Kat update sometimes if I go into an app it'll freeze and I'll hit the home button. Doesn't so anything so I hit the lock screen button and it goes black but it doesn't wake up. I have to do a battery pull. It's happened 3 times since the update. Anyone else have this issue?

Factory reset is probably your best option. Especially when you take an update.

I did do a factory reset after the update. But I'm gonna do another. 😊

Sadly a reset didn't fix. It happened again this morning. I installed the SwiftKey Emoji beta a few days ago around the same time as the KK update. So I uninstalled that. I spoke to a Verizon CSR and they said that Samsung is aware of the issue and going to issue a fix. When? she didn't say. But I hope it was a simple fix uninstalling SwiftKey Beta app. But something tells me it won't
