Well, I saw some ways including delete app files and delete ota certificates, etc.
But I failed and my hdx7 autoupdated after root.
Since I have some applications which require root privilege, I got a new one.
So anyone can provide a right way which is useful to disable autoupdate.
Thanks a lot.

The method @Faznx92 built into the latest version of his HDX Root Utility tool has worked just fine for me. I used this method about 1-2 weeks ago and no updates. It fails every time it tries.
