I was able to finally bring it up!!

Basically I looked for a stock firmware for T-Mobile and after formatting the phones multiple times I tried this ROM

using ODIN and it got rid of the Koodo logo and replaced it with a T-Mobile logo and then it BOOM loaded to start screen finally!!

I was about to hammer the phone. So, trust me I was very happy to see it work.
