Did you use this command after REVONE "fastboot oem writesecureflag 3"?

Sorry for late reply. I was using REVONE before and I used fastboot oem writesecureflag 3. It should work for rum runner too. If not s-off it with REVONE again and do that. You'll have to downgrade to hboot 2.19 to use revone.
