I have a Verizon LG G2 on 4.2.2 and it's rooted, I am still on stock rom, I tried the ota update to get kit Kat but got an error so I tried updating on my pc, here's the problem,

When I plug my phone in it will stay in installer mode for about 20 or 30 seconds then switches to Ethernet mode, while it's connected as installer the Verizon upgrade assistant thing pops up and asks if I want to run it, everytime I click run nothing happens, please help me I need kit Kat, and i Don't want a custom rom or anything,

BTW I have an Acer PC running Windows 8.1 and I also tried on an HP PC running Windows 7
