Does the device still power on? If so have you tried doing a Emergency Firmware Recovery with KIES?
Failing that you may be able to extract the PIT file from the device with Heimdall Frontend
using Ubuntu (or other Linux Distro), not entirely sure though as if it's been completely wiped/messed up that might not even be possible at this stage.
Even then if successful, there's a chance Odin will fail to accept it.
If you wish to try, using Heimdall Frontend select the utilities tab, put the tablet in Download Mode and click "Save As..." under the Download PIT section, give it a name and save it.
Sorry I can't help further, I don't have that model, maybe someone who has it on here can help get the PIT file from their device.
