Hello! I bricked my Sony tablet s SGPT111PT/S
It was rooted, I made reset to factory settings and got stuck on Sony logo. Already tried a few things flashing from SD. The computer doesn't recognize the tablet with adb so I guess I can only flash with external SD. The original fw goes well until vendor error.
I can't find the hack recovery. Zip file anywhere. I will donate 10 bucks for a working solution!

Try flashing the original ota twice and post the /tmp/recovery.log
Adb should be available on boot loop.

Hello. Thanks for your help. I already tried to flash original Ota twice before. First time I get
Assert failed: package_extract_dir2("vendor". "1353012956")
E:Error in /tmp/desklunvr/desklunvr.zip
(Status 7)
Instalation aborted
Second time the error is
E:prohibit update as a result of checking version of base sku
Instalation aborted
I hope this helps.
I will try adb again.thanks again

When you get ADB access, flash the backdoor and try again.

Boot your tablet up, when it goes into loop, connect it to your computer and try to get adb access. Then use the S.onyTablet.S AllInOne tool to apply rescue-backdoor patch. You can find this tool in Sony Tablet S Android Development secion

It goes one line down and the underscore character just stays there.it doesn't let me type anything. I think I can only do anything by flashing thru the SD card...

I will now donate 20euros for a flashable firmwire thru sd card for SGPT111PT/S that fixes Sony logo bootloop problem. My e-mail is pafmdsilva@gmail.com
I haven't tried honeycomb because I can't find it anywhere
