Another question: Where do I see the batch fabrication of the device?? Eg 14w15

Open the MicroSD card cover, you'll notice to the left where you insert the card there's a small black tab, pull that out.

Tomorrow I will get my device, but the seller has already taken picture and is 14w17! Is that good?

The Taiwanese model is exactly the same as the European?

Yes they are same. As for whether the date matters, who knows. See the above thread linked, but mines 14w12 and I don't have aesthetic issues. I do, however, have heating issues with the camera like everyone else.
