Default [Q] help GT-N7000 wifi & blutooth not scanning

I have a samsung galaxy n7000, the wifi & bluetooth aren't working nor scanning. i've tried factory reset but nothing. does any one have a solution?

or a download link for jelly bean 4.1.2 XXLT5 to reflash it, to see if the problem will be solved.

If it's not a hardware issue and happened after you installed something custom (Did you? What did you install?) then it's probably an issue with the kernel you are using or a corrupted EFS partition.
