restore 4.2.2 backup on 4.4.2 rom

Is it possible to restore the backup I made on 4.2.2 to restore the 4.2.2 rom? I'm on 4.4.2 now.
I made the backup with philz and now I have philz installed too.

You can restore 4.2.2 but you will have to flash the modem:

It's real simple when you wanna return to your old ROM or your NAND backup (JB base). All you need is downloading the old JB Baseband and flash it, then your ROM / backup. You can find old JB Baseband here in @autoprime 's thread:http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2451426

I had stock rooted Israeli rom, I dont see its modem, can I flash another rom modem? Lets say europe one?

I think the stock modem only depend on the model and version of android.
But it would probably be better to ask this kind of question directly in the thread dedicated about it.
