Qualcomm rates the quality of their CPU by a PVS Bin #. From what I read the higher your PVS number the more you can undervolt/overclock. I'm not sure how many PVS values exist for the Snapdragon 800 in our phones. I have a PVS Bin 2 which is pretty low and it probably can't handle too much undervolting. If you want to find out which CPU you have then you can dial 3845#*(the 3 digit # of your model in my case it's 959 because I have the D959 variant)#. This should bring you to the "hidden menu" click "settings" then "version info" and at the bottom you should see "PVS Bin" I don't know if this will work outside of T-Mobile 4.2.2

I've only seen 2's and 3's, any idea of there's even higher numbers to be had?

Not sure about the G Flex, but on the G2 the range is from PVS 0 through PVS 6 http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2489998
