I recently flashed Nebula 3.9 (first 3.6, then updated with 3.9 release) with SafeStrap on my Note 2 Android 4.3 MJ9, and some apps are using much more RAM than they ever did on any other ROM.
Previously, I used stock 4.3, then SkyNote Air, and now N3bula 3.9, and so far only N3bula is giving me RAM troubles.

The following apps are using much more RAM on N3bula 3.9 than on any other ROM I've had:
-SIM Toolkit, about 80mb to 90mb
-Facebook, about 60mb to 70mb
-FB Messenger. about 30mb to 40mb
-Network Location, about 30mb
-Google Contacts Sync, about 30mb
-NFC Service, about 15mb

Those are the top apps that use up my RAM, and they've only been like this since I flashed N3bula 3.9. Does anyone have any idea why and what I could to to fix this? Is it safe for me to Greenify the SIM Toolkit? Because of these apps my RAM is constantly at 70% to 80% used and itgreatly slows down my Note 2.
Thank you in advance.
