Tmobile S3 Kernals Help

I need better battery life on my phone and its getting irritating that I can barley get through half a day so what are some Custom kernals that could help with that and isnt flashing a kernal just as easy as flashing the Zip like a rom?

Its that easy, but dont expect miracles just from a kernel flash. Especially if the battery is getting old.

Yeah I have had my phone for about a year and I have put that battery through its paces so I know its time to replace it, any kernel suggestions?

A lot of people seem to like the Ktoonsez kernels. I usually am running a stock kernel myself.
