Problem with hangouts

I deleted my google account because i had a problem (don't remeber what) and then i tried to add it again.
After that the only service i can't use is hangouts.
Using sokp rom ms1, plasma kernel and n7100.

Uninstall it and re-add it from the Play Store. Make sure to reboot in between.

tried reinstalling, re flashing gapps, re adding the account. next?

Did you install it from the Play Store or just from the Gapps?

You can try dirty flashing the rom and Gapps again (wipe /system, and caches, but leave /data alone). If that doesn't work, then just a total reinstall of everything after giving it a complete wipe would be the last step.
