Default WiFi file transfer?

Is there anything like this for android, I'd like to move files over wifi from and to my phone.

Another vote for AirDroid.

Before that, I was using Software Data Cable. It's a good choice if you just want to click through and drag things around like you would with any other folder on your computer.
