Drive Format SD-card

Hello,
I've just got my sandiskextreme plus 32 gb micro sd card, what is the best way to format it? using the phone, pc? and to fat32,rxt3 or what else?

I want to transfer some apps to it, 320kbps mp3 files and in the future mkv files (over 4 gb, so fat 32 isn't an option).
Thanks for the help

Format the card as exFAT and you should be good. I was in the exact same situation as you.
