[Q] How to restore data using Titanium backup

I was previously using CM 7.2 and when i switched to stock rom, i Backed up my Contacts,Messages using TB.But when i tried to restore data on stock Rom it doesnt work.. Pls help..

Cm 7.2 and stock use different core apps.

System app data is also not backwards compatible.

For example, you can use TB to import your contacts from CM7.2 to CM9.1 but you can't do the same the other way round. I learnt it the hard way...
