[REQ] Kitkat touchwiz based rom

Does anyone know where to find kitkat with touchwiz based custom rom for s3 mini ?
Ive been searching for it for a quiet time . If anyone know pls tell me , and if a dev can make one that would be better .

Touchwiz is closed source. And s3 mini will never get updated to kit kat. So you could forget about touhwiz kit kat on s3 mini.

Well , im just keep hoping that a person would make a custom rom out of it . It would be nice thou
