How to stop the OTA update?

Anyone know?

I tried renaming OTAcerts.zip to .bak but no luck

couldn't find htcOMADM.apk or similar

An OTA needs to be approved by the user, so unless you agree to run it, it won't happen.

If rooted, just use Titanium to freeze the process "updater".
