So, Sony jump from 14.3.A.0.xxx to 14.3.E.0.xxx... wow! That means a big update, not only bug fixes

Not sure about that... I think the letters represent variances or network specific releases. I think the important ones are the the one I labeled with X 14.X.A.X.*** where the 1st part represents an android upgrade and the 2nd represents a major revision.
