Default What you do when you are in tention or worried?

So guys; Imagine you are in tention for something to go well or simply u r worried for something to go correct. For the time being u can't do anything other then waiting and praying things to go well.

What will you do in situation similar to this or how will you try to divert yourself to anything else in order feel some relax in that situation?

If you really want to get calm quickly you just have to eat (even chewing gum would do). Your brain will be tricked to think "If I'd be in danger I wouldn't eat, so I'm not in danger."
