You need to reread the Weaksauce post again. Weaksauce gains root and gives you access to SU so you can then run a program to get S-off, so I don't believe you have S-Off. I used firewater to get S-Off.
I'm also surprised HTC gave you a replacement phone and charged you. When I used HTC Repair for the same issue, I only had to pay for it to be shipped to them and they fixed my phone, they never offered up the option of a replacement (I don't think I would have taken it if offered).
