Haven't tried group messaging, but I can't send pictures.

Ok, bump.

The issue I run in to is when I am connected to wifi and do not have any data service where I live.

The mms does not go through over wifi, however text and calls do.

I have tried multiple APN settings with no prevail.

Any help.

(The reason I bumped this is after reading through pages of the same thing under the development topic instead of in here)

Thank you

Enable WiFi calling and it should work. Make sure your SIM is updated

Wifi calling is enabled.

You think there is an issue with the sim card? Hmm

WiFi calling has to be active, not just enabled.

Does your SIM say "Isis" on it?

Yes, wifi calling works when no data network is available.

And yes, the sim card says isis on it.

I have no problem connected to wifi within data network area, as soon as that lapse, no more mms.

Ugh.

WiFi MMS/SMS has been unreliable for me anyways, so consider this a favor. I have texting fever (girlfriend) and sometimes she won't get my messages for hours, then suddenly she'll get spammed with them. Also, it'll alert me I have an MMS but won't let me download it

Found that using allianceROM v1 kltetmo (t mobile variant) and using the stock messaging app, wifi mms works fine, however when using hangouts, mms over wifi is a no go.

Solution was to use the stock messaging app on that rom.

PS > project infinity rom has solved the issue in the latest release as well.
