Let me close this thread:
  • Install ES File Explorer and let your friends install it too.
  • Once installed, navigate to apps manager inside ES File Explorer
  • Get all your friends onto the same wifi connection (this is only for easiness sake)
  • Select the apps you want to send
  • Click "send" in overflow menu (where it says more)
  • friends must have ES open to receive via "send" method, otherwise use wifi-direct or bluetooth
  • Profit
My Devices:

  • Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini (GT-I9190)
    Specs: (current)
  • Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830) (Retired)
Specs: (at the time I was using it)
    • AOKP ROM
    • AOKP Kernel (or whatever came with AOKP)
    • CWM recovery
