Hello,

Since the Kit Kat update, I keep having Sim Errors: the phone randomly no longer detects the sim card and says no sim inserted - which is a pain because it looses cellular connectivity. Rebooting generally fixes it (until the next error).

It first started happening when I got a refurb from Tmobile (unrooted stock 4.4.2) was quite annoying because it was happening quite often (like every hour or so), I got a new phone from Tmobile (still refurd - can't get a new one from them - oh and it's my 4th one). Rooted it, installed Dandvdh's KOT49H 4.4.2 and it started doing it again (but less often) - so I got a new Sim but it's still happening.

Found a couple of forums reporting the same issue (ATT version https://forums.att.com/t5/Android-Di...e/td-p/3910878 or other http://forums.androidcentral.com/sam...at-update.html), but nothing on tmobile GS4 so my question is, has any one experienced this, and if so, have you found a fix?

Cheers

EDIT: did some more reading, and it's apparently a common problem for ATT and Rogers GS4, seems to be heat related.
